Both Leo & Siobhan have dealt with all areas of family law and often represent clients at hearings. They have worked together since 2009 and are well used to working as a team, ensuring you will be provided with a high level of experience and skill in your matter. They are also committed to the aims and objectives of Resolution, which emphasise the importance of dealing with cases in the least acrimonious way and keeping costs down.

Leonora (Leo) Marchant – qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in January 1999. She then continued her studies to qualify as a Solicitor in April 2010, earning a distinction in her Legal Practice Course. She is also a committed member of Resolution and a former member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

Leo started practising family law in 1996, whilst working for a large regional firm based in Central Milton Keynes before supervising the Family Law Unit at MK Citizens Advice Bureau. Then from 2013 she started in business with Siobhan. During all this time she has gained a considerable wealth of knowledge and experience in family law.

Siobhan Arslan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has been a family law practitioner since 2008. During this time she has worked at the Citizens Advice Bureau, as a specialist lawyer, providing advice and representation for their clients. Prior to that, Siobhan worked in a very well-respected law firm in Aylesbury in their family law department.

Whilst working, Siobhan completed her legal studies and through this combined effort, she has gained considerable experience and skills in the field of family law, which she uses for the benefit of all her clients.
