Costs

We will make every effort to keep matters affordable and help you spread your legal costs.

We currently offer :

    • Fixed fee initial 1 hour appointment £100 + VAT
    • Fixed fee undefended divorce of £495* + VAT + £593 court fee
    • Other fixed fee options may be available where appropriate and can be discussed and agreed at an initial appointment
    • Regular monthly payments available
    • Competitive hourly rates
*Please note that due to the unpredictable nature of family cases, our packages are subject to revision if we need to undertake considerably more work than anticipated, or for additional elements such as travel time and expenses. Where a fixed fee is likely to be exceeded, we will discuss this with you before undertaking further work and agree with you if you would like us to do further work.  Any additional work will be charged at our hourly rate.
We are happy to tailor our service to suit your needs and budget.  This can range from seeing you to provide advice if you want to deal with matters yourself, through to providing full legal representation.
